Marnix is a counter-tenor and bass-baritone.
As a soloist he sung a lot of Medieval, Renaissance, Barock, and contemporary music.
All kinds of Polyfonic music is his speciality.
He sings as a core member with the Gesualdo-Consort Amsterdam (Harry Van der Kamp).
They are specialised in madrigal singing, and recorded also the whole vocal work of Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck.
He also sings with the Collegium Vocale Gent (Philippe Herreweghe).
Marnix sung and worked for 18 years with the Capilla Flamenca, (Dirk Snellings) where he was the counter-tenor of the vocal male-quartet, featering music from 14th to 16th century.
Together they sung concerts all around the World and made around 40 CD's.
